• Maintains Property Rentals by advertising and filling vacancies and enforcing leases and maintaining and securing premises.
• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.
• Maintains property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy.
• Vacant units must be inspected immediately upon move out and be ready for a new tenant within one week unless repairs need to be done in that case within 30 days.
• Using all pre- approved checklist, all vacant properties must be inspected, and a check list immediately returned to the GM to place on file.
• Works with maintenance Supervisor to ensure all properties are ready for Inspections and work with Housing authority if there are issue with Inspections and rescheduling.
• Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repay job is being subcontrairs. Must use approved Vendor List if a job is being subcontracted out, if it is a new Vendor, it must be approved in writing.
• Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
• Experience required.
